Elopement Pricing and Packages
The price of elopement prices at Bundaleer starts at $1750.
Rather than needing a full-time personal assistant, the packages Bundaleer offers are designed to do the heavy lifting for you. With everything ready to go, all you need to do is show up and relax while they take care of the rest.
Ceremony Locations at Bundaleer
Bundaleer has two wedding sites and can accommodate two weddings on the same day. However, each site is far enough apart that couples aren’t likely to run into each other in between ceremonies.
There are two ceremony locations to choose from.
Treetop Room Ceremonies take place at the Waterfall Deck.
Marquee ceremonies take place under the stunning Jacardanda Tree.
The Jacaranda Tree
The Jacaranda Tree goes with the Marquee. This magnificent Jacaranda Tree surrounded by the stunning Rainforest Gardens is a beautiful, romantic setting for your vows. An iconic and majestic Jacaranda tree is the perfect backdrop for a wedding ceremony. Hanging from the branches of that enormous tree are just a few decorations creating an elegant and whimsical feeling.
The Waterfall Deck
With the waterfall sound of crickets, lovely birdsong, and the tranquil sounds of water, our waterfall wedding is the perfect romantic setting to say ‘I do’. Dramatic lighting and plants set the setting for the Treetops Room. The room is a romantic and rustic fairy tale retreat.

Upgrades including arches and other decorating items can be done through our in-house stylist.

Reception Venues at Bundaleer – Which one to choose?
In order for your wedding to be successful, you need an ideal setting and a well-constructed plan. Bundaleer is one of the top wedding venues for helping you to achieve your event goals with a magnificent venue and staff who will make sure everything runs smoothly. The reception venues provide the perfect backdrop for friends and families to come together and celebrate your day. Whether it’s a casual lunchtime wedding or afternoon/evening wedding – they have options for you and your ideal wedding.
There are two options for your reception venue. You can host your wedding in our magnificent Marquee or Treetops Room for evening weddings or have an alfresco lunch in our gardens or on the deck overlooking the creek. The flexibility of this wedding venue means anything from a small intimate experience of 30 guests, to a larger group brunching, picnicking or celebrating… is possible!
After the ceremony and while your are having your wedding photos and video taken the beautiful gardens, wedding guests will go through an luxurious experience thanks to the gorgeous gardens and outdoor space, cocktail hour and reception venue — all of which will sparkle in fairy lights, each perfectly featured for that venue. There will be ample time to catch up with friends and family and make the most of the occasion, or enjoy a relaxing break before the evening festivities get underway.
There are three different choices for your reception venue at Bundaleer and I have listed them below.
The Marquee
After an enchanting ceremony at the Jacaranda Tree and a delicious reception in our garden alcove, the gorgeous Silk-Lined Marquee is the perfect space for a reception for 50 – 200 guests. The selection is yours! Whether you want to be glamorous, rustic, elegant or casual, the options are endless.
What bride doesn’t love chandeliers? Just as important as the wedding at the venue are the details that decorate it. The chandelier is the centerpiece of our wedding décor, whirling a myriad of colourful light and glittering around your guests’ heads. There is over 150 meters of fairy lights draped throughout the gold silk lining in the roof and complemented by 2 chandeliers. You can choose either round or rectangular white tables set in an elegant white linen cloth and complimented with ornately designed chairs to complete the vision you have for your special day.
The Treetop Room
Your guests are now over the moon. They’ve just enjoyed a relaxed ceremony at the Waterfall Deck and had canapes on the Kookaburra deck. You might be wondering where it can go next? The beautiful Treetops Room is the perfect place for your Wedding Reception from 30 – 120 guests, 250 guests, or even higher. Approximately 15m x 9m in size, this space is overflowing with the rustic essence, nature-filled charm, and alluring beauty of being in the Treetops.
There’s no denying the appeal of this space. The timber structure offers spacious flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, a great setting for your wedding as there are no obstructions. The interior and exterior of the venue can both be utilised to suit your style. The view is absolutely stunning, the look of the room is perfect for a rustic wedding, and most importantly, the large windows and high ceilings will ensure you’re able to have the most picturesque moment of your life.
With 3 stunning chandeliers over the bridal table and 200m of fairy lights draped along the ceiling, the room provides the ideal atmosphere for rustic weddings to glamorous weddings. The style of yesteryear is still appreciated.
The Alfresco
Share the beauty of Bundaleer’s pristine countryside with lashings of outdoor elegance, comforting rustic charm, and just the right amount of gourmet glamour. There is nothing better for a day in the country than creating an alfresco dining experience. Set against the austere backdrop of Bundaleer you can create the perfect intimate meal for friends and family.
For the best possible catering service, choose from buffet style or high tea menus. During high season limited availability and minimum numbers apply.

Can I BYO Alcohol at Bundaleer?
Bundaleer Rainforest Gardens currently is a BYO licenced venue for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There us a per head corkage fee to cover the full bar set up. This applies to children and non-drinkers. Bundaleer only alloways pre-mixed spirits.
The bar setup includes:
- Fully trained RSA staff
- Refrigerators
- Water & Ice
All glassware, water dispenser ice/ice buckets will be set up at your wedding and drink service is available from the bar.
